What it is
A pack of six die-cut card masks on elastic, printed to your artwork. Standard sizes are 15×15 cm and 15×16 cm — sized for a child’s face, which is what most of the demand is for.
Why it sells
Masks are the line that gets a themed range picked up off the shelf. A plate is a plate, but a mask is the thing a child points at. In a 15-line theme the mask is usually the highest-margin item and it costs very little to add once the artwork for the rest of the range already exists.
Die-cutting
Every mask shape is cut to its own die. We hold dies for a range of standard face shapes — animal, monster, crown, superhero — and we cut new dies for custom shapes. The die is the only tooling cost and it stays with us for repeat orders.
Finishing
Printed on 300g white cardboard with the option of UV varnish or foil stamping. Elastic is knotted through punched holes. We can also supply masks on a wooden stick instead of elastic if the mask is for photos rather than wearing.

Masks sit against a child’s face, so the board and the ink matter. We print on 300g white cardboard from FSC certified stock using soy-based inks, and the elastic is tested for the pull strength it will actually see. Our factory is BSCI audited and we comply with EUDR. If your market needs EN71 or CPSIA testing on the finished pack, tell us at quotation stage and we will build the test into the schedule rather than discovering it at shipment.
Our 8,000 m² factory in Jinhua runs 23 machines with over 100 people on the floor. Printing is outsourced to partners we have used for years; die-cutting, punching, elastic threading and packing are all done in house, which is where the quality on a mask is actually won or lost. We hold dies for a range of standard face shapes, so if one of those fits your artwork there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time.
Send us flat artwork and we will lay it onto a mask shape, or send us a sketch of the shape you want and we will cut a new die for it. Our design team will come back with a die line showing eye holes and elastic punch positions marked, so you can see exactly what gets cut away before anything is tooled. We will flag anything that will not survive die-cutting — thin horns, narrow ears — and suggest how to thicken it without changing the look.
Masks are one of the easiest party lines to keep plastic-free, and ours are: FSC certified card, water-based and soy-based inks, cotton elastic. Where a retailer asks for a plastic-free pack we will drop the OPP bag and supply the masks banded with a paper strip or in a printed card wrap instead. Our FSC certification covers the paper with printing outsourced, and we will send the chain-of-custody paperwork with your shipment.
1. Shape first, then artwork
Tell us which face shapes you need. If they match dies we already hold there is no tooling cost. If you need a new shape, send a sketch — it does not need to be a finished design.
2. Die line
We send back a die line with the cut edge, eye holes and elastic punches marked. Check the eye spacing against the age group you are selling to. This is the step where a mask that does not sit right on a face gets caught.
3. Printed sample
We produce a printed, cut and strung sample, usually within 2-5 days of artwork approval. Put it on a child’s face. It sounds obvious and it is the only test that matters.
4. Packaging
Six masks per pack is standard. Choose an OPP bag with header card, a paper band, or a printed box. We will mock it up with your barcode and any warning text your market requires.

MOQ is 3,600 packs, lead time 45-60 days from approved sample. We inspect before packing and send loading photos and documents at shipment.
Standard sizes are 15×15 cm and 15×16 cm, both sized for a child. We can cut adult sizes, but almost all the demand is children’s, and a mask cut for an adult looks oversized in a pack photographed with the rest of a children’s theme.
Yes. Send a sketch and we will cut a new die. The die is the only tooling cost and it stays with us for repeat orders, so a second run on the same shape costs nothing extra. We will tell you up front if a shape has features too thin to survive die-cutting.
Both. Elastic is standard for masks children will wear. A wooden stick is better where the mask is for a photo booth or a table setting — it stays in shape, it does not mess hair, and adults will actually pick it up. Some ranges carry both.
Our factory is BSCI audited and the paper is FSC certified, with printing outsourced. For finished-product testing such as EN71 or CPSIA, tell us the market at quotation stage and we will arrange the test and build it into the lead time. Raising it at shipment is what causes delays.
