Jensen and Jennie, the founders of HUANPAI, have been partners in life and work since they began their journey together in 2008. In 2016, they turned their shared vision into reality by establishing the HUANPAI paper products factory. Since then, they’ve grown alongside the party industry, building a brand that thrives on human connection and heartfelt celebration. Jennie leads the design and sales teams, ensuring creativity and client satisfaction, while Jensen oversees factory production, quality control, and supplier relationships. Together, they have created a seamless balance between artistry and precision, making HUANPAI a trusted name in the party industry.
Over ten years, our factory has grown from its beginnings into an 8,000 m² plant with more than 100 skilled workers and over 6,000 SKUs. Our priorities have not changed: quality a buyer can audit, and designs retailers want on shelf.

Every account has one named contact who follows it from first enquiry to container loading. Quotations, artwork proofs, samples, production updates and shipping documents all come from the same person — no handovers, no repeating yourself.
Our in-house designers turn a brief, a mood board or a reference product into a complete themed collection — 40 to 50 matching items across tableware, decorations and wearables, supplied as print-ready artwork.
More than 100 trained workers run 23 machines across laminating, creasing, hot foil stamping, forming and packing — from 60,000 paper plates a day to 100,000 blister packs.
Inspection runs at four points: incoming materials, a print check against the approved proof, an in-process bulk check, and a drop test before packing. Our quality system was audited by TÜV Rheinland under amfori QMI and rated B.
Spanning 600 square metres, our sample room is a showcase of our extensive collection, featuring tens of thousands of products for various themed birthday parties and holiday celebrations.
