What it is
A 12-piece pack of party cutlery — knives, forks and spoons moulded in food-grade PP. It is the piece that holds a themed table together: the cups, plates and napkins are paper, and the cutlery has to match them exactly or the whole set looks wrong on shelf.
Colour matching
We mould to your colour rather than picking from a standard chart. If your plate is a specific pink, we match the cutlery to that pink. This is the main reason buyers come to us for cutlery rather than buying it loose — it ships in the same carton as the rest of the theme and it already matches.
Food safety
Every batch is moulded from virgin food-grade polypropylene and tested to LFGB. We hold the test reports and send them with the shipping documents, so your compliance team is not chasing us for paperwork after the goods land.
Who buys it
Supermarket and discount chains, party retailers and brand owners who are building a full themed range. It is almost never bought on its own — it is bought as line 7 or 8 of a 15-line theme.

Party cutlery goes in people’s mouths, so we treat it as a food-contact product rather than a decoration. We mould from virgin food-grade polypropylene — no regrind, no filler — and test to LFGB. Our factory is BSCI audited and we comply with EUDR, which matters if you are importing into the EU. Test reports go out with the documents, not on request.
Our 8,000 m² factory in Jinhua runs 23 machines with over 100 people on the floor. Cutlery is injection moulded, so once the tooling is set a colour run goes quickly — the constraint on your order is usually the printed paper lines it ships with, not the cutlery. We already hold the tooling for the standard knife, fork and spoon, so a new colour costs you nothing in tooling and adds nothing to the lead time.
Send us the artwork or a Pantone reference for the rest of the range and we will match the resin to it. We will send a moulded sample in the matched colour before the run so you are approving the actual plastic under your own lighting, not a screen. If you are building a full theme, our design team will lay the cutlery out next to the plates, cups and napkins so you can see the set as a shopper would on shelf.
We are a paper factory first — most of what we make is FSC certified paper. Where a product has to be plastic, as cutlery does, we keep it to single-material virgin PP so it can go into a standard recycling stream rather than being mixed. We do not add filler to bring the cost down, because filled PP snaps and it is not recyclable in practice. If your market needs a paper or moulded-fibre alternative, tell us and we will quote it.
1. Tell us the colour and the theme
Send the artwork for the rest of the range, or a Pantone number. If the cutlery is going into an existing theme, send us a sample of the plate or cup and we will match to the physical item.
2. Moulded sample
We mould a sample in your colour and send it over, usually within 2-5 days. Check it next to the rest of your range in daylight — plastic reads differently from print and this is the step where that gets caught.
3. Packaging decision
Choose OPP bag with a header card, a colour label, or a printed colour box. We will send a packaging mock-up with your barcode and any market-specific marking, and confirm the carton quantity and dimensions for your freight.
4. Production
Minimum order is 3,600 sets. Lead time is 45-60 days from approved sample, and the cutlery is normally scheduled to finish alongside the printed items so the whole theme ships in one consignment.
5. Inspection and documents
We inspect before packing and send the LFGB report, packing list and loading photos with the shipping documents.

We can quote wooden or moulded-fibre cutlery if your market requires it. Be aware the colour range is much narrower — you cannot match a bright theme colour in wood the way you can in PP. Tell us the market and the requirement and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
