What it is
Six printed cards per pack — either an invitation with fill-in fields (to, where, when, from, RSVP) or a folded greeting card. Both are printed to your theme artwork so they sit in the same range as the plates, cups and napkins.
Why a range needs one
The invitation is the first thing a parent touches, usually weeks before the party. It is also the cheapest line in a theme to produce and one of the easiest to sell, because it is the item people buy even when they are not buying the whole set.
Flat or folded
Flat invitation cards print on one side with fill-in fields and are the volume seller. Folded greeting cards print on four sides and carry a higher ticket. We make both on the same line, so a theme can carry both without a second setup.
Finishing
Printed on 300g card with the option of UV varnish, foil stamping or embossing. Envelopes can be included — tell us at quotation stage, because the envelope size drives the card size, not the other way round.

Cards are judged by how they feel in the hand, so the board matters more here than on almost any other party line. We print on 300g FSC certified card as standard and will quote heavier stock if you want a premium feel. Printing is outsourced to partners we have worked with for years; cutting, folding, finishing and packing are done in house. Our factory is BSCI audited and we comply with EUDR.
Our 8,000 m² factory in Jinhua runs 23 machines with over 100 people on the floor and we carry over 6,000 SKUs. Cards are a low-cost line to add to an order you are already placing — the setup is shared with the rest of the printed range, so adding an invitation to a theme you are already producing adds very little to either the cost or the lead time.
Send us the theme artwork and we will lay out the card, including the fill-in fields in your language. We will come back with a proof showing bleed, trim and fold marks. If you want the card to carry a different language per market we can run split quantities from the same artwork, which is cheaper than two separate jobs. Our design team will also flag anything that sits too close to the trim — text in a corner is the single most common thing we send back.
Cards are straightforward to keep sustainable and we do: FSC certified board, soy-based inks, and recyclable packaging if you ask for it. Our FSC certification covers the paper with printing outsourced, and the chain-of-custody paperwork goes out with your shipment. If a retailer requires a plastic-free pack we will drop the OPP bag and band the cards with a printed paper strip instead.
1. Decide flat or folded
Flat invitations with fill-in fields are the volume line. Folded greeting cards carry a higher ticket. Many themes carry both.
2. Envelope first if you need one
If the pack includes envelopes, tell us at quotation. The envelope size sets the card size, and changing it later means re-cutting everything.
3. Artwork and proof
Send the theme artwork. We lay out the card, including fill-in fields in your language, and send a proof with bleed, trim and fold marks shown.
4. Printed sample
We produce a printed, cut and folded sample, usually within 2-5 days of artwork approval, so you are judging the finish and the board weight on the real thing.
5. Production
MOQ is 3,600 packs, lead time 45-60 days from approved sample. We inspect before packing and send loading photos and documents at shipment.
Six cards. For invitations that means six flat cards with fill-in fields; for greeting cards, six folded cards. If your market expects a different count, tell us and we will quote it — only the packing changes.
Yes, on request. Raise it at quotation stage rather than later, because the envelope size determines the card size. Changing the envelope after the card is approved means re-cutting the whole job.
