Requirement Confirmation:

Clients are required to provide detailed specifications for their designs, including shape, size, color, and patterns. For themed events such as birthdays or holidays, the design should align with the style and color scheme of the event. Additionally, we will confirm the specific techniques required, such as foil stamping, printing, or embossing. Our napkins come in standard square sizes of 33x33 cm or 25x25 cm, and custom shapes can also be produced to meet specific needs. For each color in the design, a color plate fee of $80 applies.

Design and Approval:

Our design team will create preliminary sketches based on client specifications. This stage may involve several revisions and confirmations to ensure the final design aligns with client expectations.

Sample Production and Confirmation:

Once the design is confirmed, we will produce napkin samples and send them to the client for approval. This step is crucial to ensure the final product meets the client’s requirements in terms of craftsmanship, such as foil stamping, printing quality, or embossing effects.

Mass Production:

Upon sample approval, mass production will commence. During this process, we strictly monitor quality standards to ensure each napkin adheres to the client’s specifications, including precise color reproduction, design clarity, and any additional effects.

Quality Inspection and Delivery:

After production, a stringent quality check is conducted to ensure all napkins are free of defects. Products that pass inspection are then shipped to the client’s specified location.
